Terms & Conditions.
Read these terms alongside your final invoice. Please discuss any questions with Reflography before confirming your booking.
1. Booking information
Provide accurate names, dates, locations and event details when enquiring and confirming your booking.
2. Final invoice
Your final invoice defines the services and deliverables included in your booking.
3. Additional services
Extras, upgrades and changes require confirmation from Reflography and must be recorded in the final invoice.
4. Non-refundable payments
All amounts paid to Reflography are non-refundable.
5. Cancelled shoots or services
If you cancel an included or booked shoot/service, there is no refund and no automatic reduction in the package price for that cancelled service.
6. One pre-wedding OR post-wedding photoshoot
Where this service is included, choose one Pre-Wedding OR Post-Wedding Photoshoot. The inclusion covers one photoshoot only, not both. The final invoice controls what is included.
7. Travel expenses
Travel expenses are not included in package prices and are handled separately where required.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in package prices and is handled separately where required.
9. Event schedule
Provide an accurate event schedule and promptly communicate changes so coverage can be planned.
10. Date or location changes
Changes to dates or locations are subject to Reflography’s availability and confirmation.
11. Additional coverage
Any additional coverage beyond the confirmed booking requires a separate agreement with Reflography.
12. Client cooperation
Please cooperate with the team and coordinate access to important people and moments so the agreed coverage can be carried out.
13. Venue access and restrictions
Inform Reflography of venue permissions, access arrangements and restrictions that may affect photography or filming.
14. Drone coverage
Drone operation is subject to weather, safety, legal requirements and venue permission. Drone coverage is not guaranteed where these conditions prevent it.
15. Creative approach
Review the Reflography portfolio to understand our photographic and film style. Creative decisions follow that approach and the agreed booking.
16. Photograph selection
Complete the required photograph selection process so album design and production can proceed.
17. Album delivery
Albums will be delivered within 6 months, subject to completion of the required photo selection and approval process.
18. Album design approval
Review and approve the album design before production. Communicate requested changes during the approval process.
19. Additional album sheets
Additional album sheets cost ₹500 per sheet and require confirmation before production.
20. Client delays
Delays in supplying selections, information or approvals can affect production and delivery timelines.
21. Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Weather, access restrictions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control can affect coverage. Reflography will discuss practical arrangements where circumstances permit.
22. Confirmed deliverables
Only the services and deliverables listed in the final invoice are included. Website examples and optional add-ons do not automatically form part of your booking.
