How do we book Reflography for our wedding?
Share your wedding date, location and event plans through our enquiry form or WhatsApp. We will discuss availability and your requirements. Your final invoice defines the confirmed services and deliverables.
How early should we enquire?
Enquire once you have a date and location in mind. Availability is confirmed directly with Reflography; sending an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Which areas do you cover?
Reflography works in Chennai, Theni and across Tamil Nadu. For celebrations elsewhere, share your location so we can discuss the arrangements. Travel and accommodation are charged separately where required.
What is traditional photography versus candid photography?
Traditional photography includes guided portraits, family groups and key event moments. Candid photography focuses on naturally unfolding expressions, interactions and moments. See our photography stories.

Can we book photography and videography together?
Yes. Our listed wedding collections combine photography and videography, with different candid coverage options. Compare the Silver, Golden, Platinum and Diamond collections.
Which package should we choose?
Start with your event plans, the coverage you want and your album preferences. Compare collections, then open Full Details for the exact services and deliverables. We can help you choose.
Can we customise or upgrade our package?
Tell us what you would like to add or change. Customisation and later upgrades need confirmation from Reflography and must be recorded in the final invoice; they are subject to availability and agreement.
Do you provide wedding albums?
Yes. Every listed wedding collection includes a premium album. Platinum and Diamond list Canvera wedding albums and separate outdoor-shoot albums. View the album designs and your package’s exact inclusions.
How do we select photographs for our album?
We will guide you through the photo selection and design approval process. Complete the requested selections and approvals so album production can proceed.
How long does album delivery take?
Albums will be delivered within 6 months, subject to completion of the required photo selection and approval process. Delayed selections or approvals can affect the production timeline.
What does an extra album sheet cost?
Additional album sheets cost ₹500 per sheet. Confirm any extra sheets with Reflography before production.
Do you provide drone coverage, and is it guaranteed?
Drone coverage is listed in Platinum II, Platinum III and Diamond I. It depends on weather, safety, legal requirements and venue permission, so it cannot be guaranteed at every venue or event.
Does a package include both a pre-wedding and a post-wedding photoshoot?
No. Where included, choose one Pre-Wedding OR Post-Wedding Photoshoot. This covers one photoshoot only, not both. Silver and Golden offer this one-shoot add-on for ₹5,000. Your final invoice controls the confirmed inclusion.
Do you cover engagements and receptions?
Share your engagement or reception plans through our enquiry form so we can discuss suitable coverage and availability.
Can we check our date before choosing a package?
Yes. Leave the collection undecided and send your date, location and event plans. You can discuss a collection after availability has been checked.
How do we enquire through WhatsApp?
Use WhatsApp or complete the enquiry form. The form prepares a message for you to review and send; it does not send automatically or confirm a booking.
Are travel and accommodation included?
No. Travel expenses and accommodation are not included in package prices. They are handled separately where required.
What happens if we cancel a booking or an included service?
Amounts paid to Reflography are non-refundable. Cancelling an included or booked shoot/service does not entitle you to a refund or an automatic package price reduction. Read the Terms & Conditions.
What exactly is included in our booking?
The final invoice defines the services and deliverables included in your booking. Extras and changes require confirmation; items not listed in the final invoice are not automatically included.
